I am a dedicated and compassionate Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). With a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology (MACP), I am committed to helping individuals navigate through life’s challenges and enhance their quality of life.

My passion lies in assisting people to reduce distress and find comfort in various aspects of their lives—be it internal, professional, or relational. I believe that the journey to a more comfortable life begins with self-reflection and a willingness to tackle issues head-on.

Using an integrative approach, my practice incorporates techniques from humanistic therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), narrative therapy, somatic therapy, acceptance commitment theory, and solution-focused interventions. This personalized methodology ensures that my clients receive tailored support that aligns with their unique needs, goals, and personalities. My goal is to help clients break unhelpful patterns, uncover internal strengths, and gain greater self-awareness and confidence in achieving their objectives.

I have experience working with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, mood disorders, ADHD, chronic pain, relationship, and parenting challenges. Additionally, I provide guidance in career succession planning, helping clients to overcome professional hurdles and achieve career satisfaction.

I am rooted in using a motivational approach, that employs strength-based therapy, helping clients shift their mindsets, build resilience, and cultivate positive thinking. By using a supportive and empowering style, encourages my clients to see their potential and harness their inner resources to overcome obstacles and achieve personal growth.

I am fluent in both English and Farsi, and offer my services to a diverse clientele. I encourages those seeking therapy to check with their insurance providers regarding coverage for psychotherapy services.

Knowing when to ask for help can be one of the hardest things a person can experience. Being able to open yourself up to a complete stranger is even more difficult. My goal is to make sure that you feel heard, not judged, and safe to open up about some of the hardest things you have experienced.
