My approach to therapy is integrative, holistic, and rooted in the mind-body connection. I recognize that mental health is influenced by many interconnected factors, including nervous system regulation, lifestyle, relationships, stress, physical health, and past experiences.
Therapy is not simply about symptom management. It is about understanding the root causes of distress and creating meaningful, sustainable change.
I incorporate evidence-based and somatic approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, Somatic Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Humanistic Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, mindfulness practices, and nervous system regulation techniques.
Each therapeutic approach is tailored to the unique needs, goals, and personality of the individual.
Supporting ADHD, Burnout, Anxiety, Emotional Exhaustion, And Life Transitions
I support individuals experiencing anxiety, ADHD, depression, chronic inflammation, endometriosis, hormone balance, burnout, relationship challenges, parenting concerns, executive functioning difficulties, and major life transitions.
I am especially passionate about helping individuals who feel emotionally exhausted, overwhelmed, disconnected from themselves, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve them.
In addition to psychotherapy, I also provide ADHD and executive coaching support for professionals, entrepreneurs, individuals navigating burnout, and those working toward healthier work-life balance.
Understanding Burnout Beyond The Clinical Perspective
Before becoming a psychotherapist, I spent 16 years working in the banking industry within high-pressure corporate environments.
Through both professional and lived experience, I understand the realities of chronic stress, burnout, ADHD, perfectionism, and the emotional impact of constantly feeling the need to “push through.”
Making the transition from banking into the mental health field gave me a deeper understanding of identity shifts, nervous system overload, and the importance of creating a life aligned with your well-being and values.
My therapeutic style is warm, supportive, and strengths-based. I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental environment where clients feel genuinely heard, understood, and empowered.
Collaborative, Personalized, And Compassionate Support
As part of my holistic approach, I value collaboration with other wellness professionals including nurse practitioners, naturopaths, holistic nutritionists, osteopaths, and Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioners.
I believe healing is most effective when care is collaborative, comprehensive, and personalized.
I am fluent in both English and Farsi and welcome individuals from diverse backgrounds and lived experiences.
Psychotherapy services may be covered under extended health benefits, and clients are encouraged to check with their insurance providers regarding coverage.
