My therapeutic style is warm, supportive, and collaborative. I believe that therapy should feel like a space where you can show up as you are without needing to have everything figured out first.
Together, we can explore the experiences, emotions, relationships, and internal patterns that may be keeping you feeling stuck. My goal is to help you develop greater self-understanding while building practical strategies that support meaningful and sustainable change.
I work at a pace that feels comfortable for you, recognizing that every person brings their own history, strengths, needs, and goals into therapy.

Understanding The Patterns Beneath The Overwhelm
I have a particular interest in supporting individuals who experience the overlap between ADHD, anxiety, perfectionism, emotional overwhelm, and burnout.
These experiences can sometimes reinforce one another. Difficulty with focus or executive functioning can create stress. Stress can increase anxiety. Anxiety can lead to perfectionism or overcompensation, and over time that cycle can contribute to emotional and physical exhaustion.
Therapy can help create space to understand these patterns with greater compassion while developing strategies that are better aligned with the way you think, feel, and function.
You do not need to have all the answers before beginning therapy.
Sometimes the first step is simply having a space where you can
begin asking the right questions.
Support Through Identity, Relationships & Change
I also enjoy working with adolescents and young adults as they navigate identity, confidence, friendships, relationships, anxiety, emotional challenges, and the pressures that can come with figuring out who they are.
These stages of life often bring significant change, expectations, uncertainty, and comparison. Therapy can provide a supportive space to explore those experiences while strengthening confidence, emotional awareness, coping skills, and self-understanding.
An Integrative Approach Tailored To You
My approach is integrative, which means therapy is not limited to one single method. Instead, I draw from different evidence-informed approaches based on your needs, goals, experiences, and what feels most helpful.
My work is also informed by attachment and trauma-informed perspectives, recognizing the importance of relationships, past experiences, emotional safety, and the ways our nervous system can influence how we respond to stress and connection.
You Don’t Have To Navigate It Alone
If you are experiencing ADHD, anxiety, perfectionism, burnout, emotional overwhelm, relationship challenges, or a major life transition, I welcome you to connect and see whether we may be a good fit.
