I believe therapy works best when it feels safe, collaborative, and grounded in genuine connection. My approach is warm, person-centred, and flexible, allowing us to work together at a pace that feels comfortable and supportive for you.
Together, we can explore the patterns, emotions, relationships, and experiences that may be contributing to distress or overwhelm. My goal is to help you develop insight, build emotional awareness, and create practical tools that support your day-to-day life.
Whether you are feeling stuck, emotionally overwhelmed, disconnected from yourself, or unsure how to move forward, therapy can offer a clearer path toward growth and healing.
Supporting Addiction, BPD, Anxiety, Self-Esteem, Relationships, And Life Transitions
I work with individuals navigating addiction, Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), anxiety, stress, self-esteem challenges, relationship difficulties, emotional overwhelm, and life transitions.
I also have a special interest in supporting adolescents and young adults as they work toward greater self-understanding, emotional stability, healthier coping strategies, and meaningful change.
Many clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed by emotions, uncertain in relationships, stuck in patterns that no longer serve them, or unsure of how to manage life’s challenges. My role is to walk alongside you with compassion, curiosity, and practical support.
Therapy Tailored To Your Needs, Goals, And Pace
I draw from Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), narrative therapy, person-centred therapy, and solution-focused approaches.
DBT-informed work can be especially helpful for emotional regulation, distress tolerance, relationship challenges, impulsivity, and building healthier ways to cope during difficult moments.
Narrative therapy can help you explore the stories you carry about yourself, your relationships, and your experiences, while creating space for new meaning, growth, and self-understanding.
Through a person-centred and solution-focused lens, I work alongside you to identify strengths, clarify goals, and build practical strategies that support meaningful change.
Helping Young People Build Insight, Confidence, And Emotional Resilience
Adolescence and young adulthood can bring major emotional, social, academic, identity, and relationship changes. These seasons of life can feel overwhelming, especially when anxiety, emotional intensity, self-esteem challenges, or relationship stress begin to affect daily life.
I support adolescents and young adults in developing greater self-awareness, strengthening emotional regulation, building confidence, and learning healthier ways to cope with stress and change.
My approach is collaborative and non-judgmental, helping clients feel supported while they explore who they are, what they need, and how they want to move forward.
